ABOUT [attr="class","zo"]Professor Zachary Hazel is – as his title implies – a Pokemon professor. More than that, however, he is the region professor of Lyeant. You know, the one who passes out all the Pokemon to newbie trainers and is constantly getting phone calls from whimpy trainers on a journey who have no idea what the heck their doing? As such, he's kind of a big deal in the region. Personality-wise, however, he has quite a few short comings. He's rather lazy, for one thing, often slacking off on paper work and research in favor of playing video games or doing overall ridiculous things. He also tends to be a bit of a jerk sometimes, coming off as insensitive, egocentric, and just flat out rude overall. If he offends you, he'll probably feel bad, but his “cool kid” image stands in the way of any sort of apology. He's a pretty kick butt trainer, too. Or, at least, he was until his Pokemon got violent to the point of forced retirement. So if you ever feel like getting your butt handed to you by blood thirsty birds in a Pokemon Battle, feel free to call him up. | FRIENDS [attr="class","zo"]As the “about” paragraph has already informed you, Zachary is not a very likeable person. As such, he does not make many friends. You have to make a pretty strong impression to even get him to remember your name – regardless of whether or not he saw you within the past hour – and have layers on layers of an emotional wall to dig through if you want him to consider you as a friend. Even when you've made it to the category of friendship, it's about as unstable as an alkali metal on the Periodic table. He's prone to doing stupid things that can ultimately shatter even the strongest of bonds. The only reason why he even has friends is because one was too stupid to really realize what was going on, and the other was too forgiving in nature to really let it bother her. In short, you can strive for friendliness in this category, but have fun for the most platonic roller coaster you've ever experienced if you want to actually be his friend. |
[attr="class","zo"]While Zach never goes especially out of his way to make enemies with someone, you'll find it's exceptionally easier to fall into this category than the one diagonal to this. He's pretty cool about people making fun of him or talking bad about, well, everything about him in general – often times, especially when involving his field of work, they're correct – and, by treating him like that, you'll probably just get away with a bit of enmity. Nothing more than a, “Wow, this guy's a jerk, I'd rather not talk to him too much”. However, he has a variety of triggers, and if you go stomping around, using them, he's going to punch you so hard your nose'll break, no doubt. Talking bad about his aunt, for one thing, the esteemed Professor Pine before him, or just mentioning her death at all. Talking about his former best friend, Logan, and talking about his death. Talking about his mother and her – Okay, are you beginning to see a pattern? Just don't talk about death and dying 'round this guy, and you should be able to keep your life in tact. ENEMIES | [attr="class","zo"]Sorry, guys, Zach is taken by the only character on the site who can stand to put up with him currently. So unless you really wanna, like, arm wrestle Cecilia for him LOVERS |
