The plain gijinka wandered through the Game Corner fascinated by what lay before her. All sorts of people where packed into the gigantic building ready to either try their luck or have a good time. The air buzz with music and chatter, sound effects from video games ringing out every so often. Everywhere she looked people were mingling and playing winning either tickets or cash. She spotted booths where people were eating and bars where adults drank. Almost everywhere she turned to, lights were blinking on and off. This place was so cool! She’d been playing random games for over half an hour now but there was still so much to explore.
There were tons of games but there were also a bunch of prizes to be won. Besides an array of crane games there was also a small store with ticket items that could be won all the way in the back. Gigantic plushies hung from the ceiling while other expensive merchandise was showcases in trendy glass cubicles. “I bet even the bathrooms look cool.” she said to herself as she glanced over the prize store. Any of the stuff inside she could’ve gotten regardless but it seemed to be the goal of the game today was to get as many tickets as possible.
Without much more to motivate her, Nehachi quickly settled onto the game nearest to her. It seemed simple enough. “Whack a Diglett huh?” she muttered a prepaid card onto the machine as it let out a warning noise to signal it would begin before the first digglet popped up. She watched n concentration attempting to hit them as quickly as possible while keeping an eye out for the King Dugtrio. How come she had never played this game before? Of course it would take a few plays, much to her dismay, to realize that Whack a Diglett gave out very few tickets compared to its costs and effort. Whoops.
