[attr="class","puppy"] [attr="class","puppy2"] [attr="class","puppy3"]history [attr="class","puppy4"]once upon a time, a girl set out on a pokemon journey with some boys. and because that journey would take too long to write out, i'm going to write this insert phrase called *manga history* now. after that. platinum grew bored. she studied. battled. did contests. anything to fill the time. when news about lyeant appeared, she hopped on a family jet and flew over, bringing only a shinx to start a new journey. but she didn't really go on one. one of the many things she'd been doing in her spare tome was fiddle-farting with genetics. in lyeant, platinum met a man named ulixes who wanted to start a genetics firm to create half-human, half-pokemon beings. she happily accepted, without a thought. she poured some funds into the company and whoosh, it started. they named it ph genetics. as the head scientist, platinum did most of the genetic work. she didn't mind. but not long after the company went public with the 'miracle serum' that could turn people into these half-pokemon beings, ulixes turned on her. during lunch one day, he came into the office and used eleven doses of the serum, enough to turn her into a pokemon. which it did. a leafeon to be exact. and while she did end up putting a few scars all over his body from attacking him, platinum did manage to become human again. one of the great things about having parents that are slightly paranoid is that they'll save some dna for you for no reason. so when platinum showed up at the door, as a leafeon, they gave her the box with her dna in it without hesitating. a couple days later, she was human again. life resumed after a long hiatus from ph genetics, and ulixes was still there. after much deciding, she moved her office and lab down to the second floor of the building, so interaction was brief. platinum realized that she took too much for granted, and tries to enjoy life more now, after that issue with ulixes. the new upbeat attitude caused more carelessness of what happened to the serum they were mass producing. simply mix in a tablespoon of saliva from the pokemon you wanted the serum to turn you into a gijinka of, let it sit a couple days, then inject. since it was so easy, all it took was one corrupt scientist in the firm to hand over the keys to the tank of serum and tell them how it worked to give the serum to berund. unfortunately, the most she's heard of this was the scientist quitting, and knows nothing else. (the scientist in question turned himself into a gijinka, and then was killed in a rights riot.)
