I have a DNA of a Raichu hidden within me and no one knows about it other then my family members. It’s hard to keep this secret from my teammates heck they find it strange enough how close I am to electric type Pokemon. I always have to make up an excuse to cover it up. Anywise I should probably go into more details about myself. I was born and raised in the Kalos region living with an electric gijinka family, my sister being a Shinx, my mother as a Dedenne and then my father being a Luxray. We had lived in Lumiose city, which is home to the electric gym leader. As a child my sister and I always hung out in the most dangerous part of the city, the allies. Our parents would hated us going into the alley especially during the night however, we would ignore their warnings and would even sneak out of the house in order to hang out with the other children. Actually matter of fact, there were a bunch of kids hanging out in the allies as well. We used to enjoy playing hide and seek or pretend that we were participating in a Pokemon battle. Sometimes I wished that we listened to our parent’s words. If we had then none of this would’ve ever happened. It was during one night my sister had decided to sneak out of the house during the middle of the night. I happened to have woken up a few hours later, noticing that she was missing. I snaked out of the house and had headed straight into the alley way but what I’ve seen had changed my life forever. I found my sister lying motionless on the ground with blood streaking out of her body. On the right side of the wall had streaks of blood that formed into writing but it was more of a warning to not just us but to all the Gijinka within the Kalos region. “We will destroy every one of you Gijinkas and here is our proof” I wasn’t sure how they had discovered my sister’s secret not unless she felt threatened and accidentally used one of her moves to protect her. Our parents told us to never use our abilities in public and that’s what we did however, my sister on the other hand was the opposite actually she had a hard time controlling her abilities especially when she is threatened or in a situation like this. Ever since then I was afraid of others finding out that I was a Gijinka so I did whatever I could to keep it a secret. After my sister’s death, my parents and I moved to Dendemille Town, still grieving over their child’s death. Apparently the police found no evidence or poof of the murder. They’ve been gathering information for months to years and had found nothing that could close this case. This incident must’ve encouraged me to become a Ranger somehow. Most likely because I would be able to protect people that I care deeply for and to perhaps solve cases that police officers can’t? I honestly forgotten the reason for becoming a Ranger and now I hope that one day that I could figure out who had killed my sister and stop from harming the rest of the Gijinka race. ➢ A little side note: Carlos happens to be a Top Ranger and happens to work for the Ranger Union.
